Local Searches
Local brokerage sites will typically limit your search to the local geographic area automatically, which can simplify your search and target your results.
You can search local listings through the Keller Williams portal link.
If you are interested in a specific neighborhood, school district or if you are looking for a particular style of house, I can set up a custom search for you. The search will email you when homes that meet your requirements are added to the MLS. Contact me, and I’ll be happy to set this up.
National Searches
National sites will let you search properties nationwide, so you might need to take a few additional steps to target your search in order to get the results that you want.
All of these sites point you to the same, national MLS listing. So feel free to use whichever one you feel more comfortable with.
